About

Wide Plank Flooring produced by Wide Plank Hardwood are among some of the best manufactured in Canada and the western United States.

Keeping with original Wide Plank Flooring traditions, Wide Plank Hardwood Ltd., manufacturers of wide plank flooring, reclaimed and recycled wood flooring believe, the use of wider and longer length planks will reduce the number of end and edge seams in the wood flooring, creating a more authentic looking floor.

We therefore produce a wide variety of precisely milled wide plank hardwood floors including, reclaimed flooring with the added specialty of long lengths.

We continuously strive to improve our product offerings and as a result, a variety of flooring options can be added to any flooring species, such as antiquing, distressing, wire brushing, hand-bevelling and hand-scraping.

All of our products are unique and customized to the customers preferences. We are well represented in local markets such as British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Ontario; also to our neighbours south of the border.

Our floors show their beauty overseas in countries such as Australia, Greece, and Germany also has some of our “Landhausdielen”.

Wide Plank Hardwood is dedicated to the concept of innovative business practices which minimize our impact on the environment. We are continually researching new ways to produce long-lasting, beautiful, ecologically responsible hardwood floors.

We offer an environmentally friendly stain and German-made hardwax oil finish. This is hand rubbed into each plank enhancing the natural beauty and texture of the wood, while allowing for easy maintenance and repairs. When our pre-finished floors are properly cared for, independent German tests show this finish will last for generations, further reducing the use of our precious natural resources.
